FLAVORS

These are just a few varieties...suggestions are encouraged and welcomed! All of these flavors can be included in cakes, cupcakes and sheet cakes. Mix and match flavors below to create your own favorite combinations!

 

Vanilla or Chocolate Cake, with Vanilla or Chocolate Buttercream are included in the basic $3.00/serving. For any additional flavors, add $.25/serving for each flavor chosen. 

 

For sheet cakes, add the following for each flavor chosen:

¼ Sheet Cake:          +$3.00

½ Sheet Cake:          +$5.00

¾ Sheet Cake:         +$7.00

Full Sheet Cake:        +$10.00

 

Cake Flavors: Red Velvet, Carrot Cake (with or without nuts/raisins), German Chocolate, Lemon, Coconut, Marble, Chocolate Orange, Chocolate Spice, Triple Chocolate (chocolate cake w/white chocolate and milk chocolate chips), Berry (strawberry, raspberry, etc.), Cookies and Cream, Pumpkin, Mocha, Banana, Brown Sugar, Almond, Chocolate Almond, Orange, Lime.

 

Buttercream Flavors (these may be used as a filling, as well): Cream Cheese Frosting (plain or flavored), Lemon, Coconut, Lime, Cinnamon, Pecan Coconut (this is typically used in German Chocolate Cake), Peppermint, Mocha, Coffee, Peanut Butter, Orange, Cinnamon Chocolate, Orange Chocolate.

 

Filling Flavors: Fresh Fruit, Custard, Marshmallow Fluff, Lemon or Lime Curd, Various “add-ins” mixed with buttercream (candy, chocolate chips, cookies, nuts, etc), Salted Caramel.

 

*Certain fillings and frostings can not be used for tiered cakes due to stability issues (especially outdoor events)-please ask for more details.

*Gluten-Free, Vegan, Egg-Free and Dairy-Free options are available-please ask for more details.  Although I am extremely cautious with allergen ingredients during preparation, I do NOT have a dedicated allergen-free kitchen. 

 

Fondant: Think of fondant as “edible play dough”. It can be made into any color, and can definitely add that “wow” factor. It may be needed to cover cakes that require particular designs. All of my fondant is made from scratch, and is based on marshmallows. If your design requires fondant, or you would like it to give your cake a “flawless” finish, the pricing is as follows:

  • Add $.25/serving for all cakes

  • ¾ Sheet Cake:         +$15.00
