DELIVERY

Diana’s Sweet Tooth proudly delivers to the greater Hampton Roads area. Delivery charges are as follows:

●    A $5.00 charge will be added on all orders to be delivered within a 10 mile radius to the desired location

●    A $3.00 charge will be added for each additional 5 miles beyond that.

Important Information Regarding Delivery/Set-up:

●    It is your responsibility to provide a stable and level surface at least four feet off the ground where the cake is to be set up.

●    Cakes are safest when they are displayed against a wall.

●    Once the cake has been delivered and set up, the care and condition of the cake becomes your responsibility.

●    Diana’s Sweet Tooth is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter, including someone bumping the table, a stand or table breaking or collapsing, child damage, or any other possible causes.

Important Information Regarding Pick Up (if desired):

Delivery is always recommended, as driving with a cake is like driving with a baby! Extra care needs to be taken, especially in the warmer months. If you prefer to avoid delivery charges and pick up the cake instead, please keep the following in mind:

●    Bring an enclosed, air-conditioned vehicle with a flat/level surface to set the cake on. (Seats and laps are not level!) A minivan, SUV, station wagon or hatchback are best.

●    Clear vehicle space of loose objects that could fall onto or roll into the cake.

●    Keep cake as cold as possible during transport, and away from sunlight.

●    Drive carefully. Turns, stops and starts should be performed in an EXAGGERATEDLY SLOW manner. Avoid bumps, jiggling, hills, and use a very slow speed on curves.

●    Diana’s Sweet Tooth is not responsible for the cake, once it leaves our shop. We will not replace or refund damaged cakes.
